If one is familiar with the 'critical path' terminology from project management - that would be the best fit description of how Askew & Co are doing their work : Getting things done.
My total engagement duration of divorce proceedings was over 15 months. In the initial 11 months (with a different legal practitioner) my case moved 0.0% forward - my legal bills were mounting.

On recommendation I engaged Askew & Co (Fiona) with a review of my case and subsequently engaged her. In less than 4 months after engaging Askew& Co my case was resolved with a good outcome for both myself and my former spouse.

I like numbers and stats so in other words : Askew & Co (Fiona) hit the ground running and resolved my matter in 30% of time of the total 100% (15months) period; in comparison to the predecessor, who (despite good intentions and skill) was not able to have such a track record (I.e. 70% of the time or 11 months) my case moved nowhere.
