I received an unsolicited phone call from this business phone number (213) 4#2-#423, in the morning with, of course no message left. Update......Thanks to screen shot and phone records, IT NOW APPEARS
the phone number has been changed to (562) 48#-6##4. I looked up this business name on the California Secretary of State website and found no business licence listed to do business under this business name . DO you have a Jerry King working there? I received a threat letter that has a Jerry King listed as legal counsel. IS THAT YOU? Do you represent a Jeremiah Plummer? I'm no legal expert, but someone sending threat letters with fraudulent legal counsel is illegal. ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE UNLICENSED. Looks likeJudgment Recovery Services is looking at your client for payment of nearly $100,000.00 dollars in
back wages. Hopefully I'll be next in line for collection of back wages of nearly $25,000 dollars, along with other government agencies, like Workmans Comp Insurance , the Employment Development department, California State Franchise Taxboard and the IRS. I hope the person who wrote this threat letter is the person who represents him in court. A low achieving 4th grader could have done a better job, LOL!
