Every time I go to this post office and get service from the younger girl it’s awful. She is dismissive and rude. She shouldn’t be in customer service at all. Everyone in line experiences bad service from her and complain as they’re leaving. The other lady couldn’t be more helpful and always has a smile.

MAJOR BREACH 12/07/24
The owner of this LPO is a very arrogant and rude person.
He redirected my mail from my po box to another person, without my authorisation.
He blamed his staff, Australia Post, and finally he blamed me for what he did.
He admitted to not reading the redirection stickers before he sent my mail elsewhere, yet still blamed Australia Post and one of his staff members that wasn't even there.
He refused to help, only referring me to Australia Post customer care line.
He actually laughed at me saying you'll get your parcel sometime next week.
I have witnessed him being rude to other customers in the past, so being rude to me because of the mistake he made, seems to be the standard he holds himself to.
He is not fit to own an LPO, Australia Post need to look into their licensees.

Does not help customer for business code. My business level is 40% off. Post office can cancel the parcel and create an other new parcel for me.That's very terrible service.

Poor customer service. Not friendly staff especially the lady. Got my passport photo done but she didn't even show me the photo. She doesn't care at all! Very disappointed.

I took the PP photo, walked out of store and remember that I request to email that photo. They charged me another full price. What a business? What an inconsiderate human being! Will never come back to this store. recommend people to think ofgoing here.

This is the best auspost ever. Staff are polite and helpful. Jasleen was very very nice as well, and it's definitely worth the 8 extra minutes driving from two other nearby branches where experiences have not been as positive.

Strongly strongly strongly recommend.
