Time after time, I receive the most incompetent service. Learned my lesson and will just go to Dickson from now on.
However, customer service is normally friendly.
However! Today, I was lied to, gaslit, and it took a second customer (who just so happened to work at a post office himself) intervening for me to receive my refund.
The worker made a mistake, and I diplomatically asked him to remedy this, and then he backtracked, claiming he did not make it.

post Office closes today- Friday at 6pm. Called them immediately after work to ask if they could stay open five minutes because I would be five minutes late past closing time. Like a robot they tell me they close at 6pm and open on Tuesday. I call them five minutes before closing time- I am still going to be five minutes late because of traffic- phone rings out. I call them at 6pm - I am five minutes away. Phone goes straight to voice mail. Get to post office 6.05 it’s locked up. Never have I spoken with such an inconsiderate employee or service- your hours are hopeless and do not benefit the working public and your customer service is attrocious. I understand that you have set closing hours but speak to me like a human, do not quote your closing time disregarding my entire conversation. I wish I could give zero stars t this service from the way I was spoken to on the phone. I needed my parcel before Tuesday and this service has zero consideration for customer satisfaction.

Hi, it's not open from 8 to 5 it's 8:30 to 16:30. Nice people but GOOGLE get your act together and get it right as people go and leave work early to find out it is CLOSED.
