The old owners were great. The New people not so good. Owner told me today to go to Bunnings to get my postal packaging as they didn't have any. Who knew that Bunnings did postage! Must be a new thing.

Lady was in a rush trying to serve 5 customers and sold me the wrong bag. I got a phone call from the male clerk whilst I was standing outside the store asking me to come back because of this mix up. When I took 5 steps to return I overheard him making comments and mocking me with another customer. They proceeded to laugh and joke about me not knowing I was standing there. I addressed this with the same male clerk after the customer left and he got defensive and proceeded to blame me for his behaviour. He continued to be rude to me whilst I was trying to resolve the issue and muttered under his breath something in another language to his wife. I used to frequent here as a child but I can guarantee I will not be returning here again. Disappointed.

It is always unpleasant going to this post office. The owners are always rude. I have only ever had one positive experience here in 3 years. Avoid it if you can!
