The guy was really rude. They operate from 9am till 5pm. I was at the door 4:58 and he locked the door with 2 customers in without trying to talk to me and give me a reasonable excuse why I couldn't pick up my parcel. I understand i went there last minute but at least try to provide customer service by talking to the customers

Me and my family need to do our passport so we filled our application and went to the Lady on Friday so she can check our information and when she saw us with passports she said "No I'm not doing the passports today" she said this meanly. We went today on Monday and there was a guy before us she checked his passport, laughed with him and then it was our turn and she said "No I'm not doing the passport!" This was said in a rude manner. I would like to say how come you help the man and not us and the fact that you had time to laugh with him and chat with him and you don't want to do our passport. Stop being mean to us we have waited and every single time you don't want help us. And if your busy get another worker with you and stop chatting if your busy. Have some manners. This lady is very rude and doesn't have manners. If I could give this place a 0 star review I would but unfortunately you have to at least give them 1 star.

Australia Post’s drivers are lazy. I have a 6 months baby at home and work from home. Every time I have a delivery coming to my place, they simply send it to the post office saying they couldn’t reach out to me. No one respond to my messages on Facebook (or responds saying “sorry for hearing that”. Is that any place where I can formally complain about it and make some money out of this stress. There is a reason why I pay for deliveries. I wish it was respected.

We are extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided by the Allawah Australia Post delivery man. His behaviour was not only rude but also highly unprofessional. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he had no regard for customer service. He was abrupt, dismissive, and seemed annoyed to be delivering our package.

When we asked a simple question about our delivery, his response was condescending and unhelpful. It's evident that he lacks basic courtesy and customer service skills, which is unacceptable for someone in his position.

We hope Australia Post in Allawah takes immediate action to address this issue and provides proper training to their staff to ensure better service in the future. Until then, we would not recommend using the Allawah branch Australia Post.

The customer service is horrible and rude and only helps people of she wants to help and her and when it is very busy you can wait up to 1 hour on line as their is only one customer service if I could rate this one star I would

Extremely incompetent. Staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Don’t even try and come to my door just dropping parcels that need to be signed for straight to allawah post office. Express post deliveries constantly late. When they are late no one will try and help you find them. Paying extra for nothing. Runs through the entire company to be fair. I feel for anyone waiting for anything important from aus post. The only reason anyone uses these clowns is there is no one else

Been using them around 3 years now and they are always so polite and helpful.

They know their regulars by sight and can usually start processing their needs before being asked.
