Great for basic services like picking up parcels, but any other service is sub-par. I express sent an important document overseas but was returned by customs because the online paperwork was not filled out correctly. Fine, Mistakes happen. I went back hoping they would do it correctly this time. The staff had no clue and offered to process it again the same way as before.
Oo how I had to hold my desire to scream.
Went to the post office in the city who were able to assist me, point out the potential issue and process it correctly.

The work of these guys are terrible, happend already more than 5 times. With me at home opening the door for the delivery guy, he leaves like running and dont do the delivery, SO THEN I need to go pick up at the post office.

I have been getting parcels delivered here for the past couple of months. The staff are always cheerful and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Today a parcel arrived for me just after I had left the post office, they ran after me down to street to let me know to come back and collect it. Certainly service above and beyond normal.

I’ve been going here for the last 2 months as Rockdale post office shut. The team has been awesome at looking after my online mail outs. I saw lady there today named Ashley she picked up on my post code mistakes and phone numbers that weren’t correct saving me a headache , much appreciated 👍

The office staff is really nice. But I cannot receive my delivery at home need to pick it up from post shop all the time.

For some reason we never receive our parcel on the given day and then receive a message its at the post office. I was expecting a parcel and I stayed home for it. The delivery guy did not even ring. I met the delivery guy the next day and he said the bell does not work, I literally buzz my unit in front of him and he gives me the excuse that it works for me and not for him. Since i moved into this Unit near wolli creek have collected 90% of the parcel from the post office. Whats the whole point of getting it delivered at home when I have to keep going to the post office. Also customer service via phone or at the PO just have the same response that they are sorry and pass the blame to each other. Pretty much everyone is annoyed with Auspost with their horrible service. Either replace auspost or improve your service. Please.

Please update your opening hours on google, it’s frustrating to be turned away at 5:05pm on a Thursday when google says you are open till 6pm.

The staff member didn’t really want to listen to me when I tried to point this out to her.

Edit: I was able to update your hours on google, so hopefully it won’t happen to anyone else.
