The Auspost franchisees at Asquith neverrrrr smile. It’s a transaction for them, go in and do your business, then leave. They’re not warm or community minded at all- which is a pity because it’s what you want in your local post office. And don’t ask any questions, they’ll look at you as if you’re dumb and only see you as an inconvenience. I’m going to try to set my parcel pick ups to Hornsby, to avoid having to see them.

Very bad experiences several times. Never going back there. Not helpful and impatient staff. Making excuses for more document. Keep people waiting. Wrong information to provide document in detail. It happened for my daughter’s passport when I brought the same document to another post office, everything was right and I received her passport quickly. I don’t recommend it and prefer to go further to another post office with more professional & nice staff.

Don’t use them for online deliveries. They just leave “missed you” and have YOU pickup deliveries for which you have PAID already. Hilarious in 2024.

Gotten worse in 2025 - won't even be easy on me to let me pickup my daughter's school books campion sent through Auspost. They need "proof of being parent or guardian" - or have my daughter click through Auspost's "have someone else collect it" when she's in school.

I recently moved to Asquith, so I’ve had to start using the local post office. Unfortunately, the staff here always seem upset and are quite unfriendly. It’s also hard to watch how rudely they treat other customers. I really hope their customer service and attitude improve.

I have got my daughter's passport renewal done today at this post office, it's pretty straightforward and the staff is very professional and helpful. They do scrutinize the passport photos, but never asked some silly questions such as " where do you get these photos from? " as long as the photo meets the requirements of Australian Passport Office. Very happy to do the business with them and highly recommend it to local community.

I would give zero star if I could. Very unprofessional and rude. They can close the shop if they cannot deal with people patiently and politely, we really need a better service for Asquith area.

I had a good experience with Asquith LPO. I collected my parcel there. It was pretty quick and hassle free. the lady in charge was polite and asked me to provide my driver's license. I you want to collect your parcel, don't forget to bring your ID.

Always very helpful, efficient and professional. I recently had my passport photo taken and completed my paperwork with no hassles at all. Highly recommend this Post office.
