Yesterday the shop was crazy busy and yet one of the staff took the time to help out an elderly client, even settin the phone up for him. This is the standard of customer service your shop always demonstrates.... Taking the time to look after your community. Well done.

I live in Gordonvale and orderd some medication that i need. They sent my package all the way to Brisbane and back to me again. So instead of taking 1 to 2 days to get here itll be more like 5. Im really disappointed and dont understand how that could happen. Sent over 1000km in tje wromg direction.

Brilliant staff. Know their stuff. Always incredibly helpful, accurate with descriptions and advice.
In 15 years, I've never come away not getting a satisfactory result from a postal request, tracking enquiry, "how do I get this to there".
Never had anything lost, everything turns up on-time or before. Great service, top team.

I have been going here for 6 years since I moved from the area and today I was finally prompted to leave a review. Service at this post office is always generally good but one of the employees is a "stand out" all day every day! He is always polite and helpful far beyond expectations and so I thought it was time that as a customer I should share my experience. Thanks Ziggy for your constant friendly smile, service and demeanour. it makes it a pleasure to visit my post office

After yesterday hearing the CEO of Australia Post complain that the company can’t make a profit then attending Atherton post office I’m not surprised. They’re running at idle, I turned up at midday to be told its lunch until 2 so were short staffed and consequently they wanted me to come back in 2 hours! No private business would tolerate that rubbish. The sooner they go broke and privatised the better.

Really unimpressed by their service today - they told an Indigenous Australian that they can't have a passport because they don't have an Australian Driving License. If you're going to offer Passport services, learn your stuff!
(Malanda Post Office are much better trained and delightfully polite!)
