The manager's attitude was not political today, once I paid for the order to be sent I asked the assistant to help me close it properly, when she was doing it the manager arrived and told her to stop doing that and to attend to more people. To which I tell him that he is serving me, he tells me to close it yourself. Once I do, I express my dissatisfaction with the service and he ignores that. This office is not so busy that they serve the neighbors this badly. Please train your employees.

I live in manly but I always come to balgowah heights for my post office needs as the owners are so patient and helpful. The post office is also easily accessible with multiple parking spots around it 🙂

Service here is much faster than Seaforth Post Office, its worth the extra drive to save time.Although service counter is crowded with items for sale restricting custom
New owner removed gear from service counter and added a second service area. Well done.
