I cannot believe the amount of good reviews this place has! I am not typically one to leave a review like this but it was such an awful experience. The older lady is beyond the point of rude and derogatory. Totally awful.

I wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for Tina, the Manager who went above and beyond to help me out despite the fact the post office was very busy. She maintained her professionalism with a smile, empathy and reassurance that the process wasn't a problem at all and I was not being an inconvenience given how busy the place was. Very grateful and happy with the service received. Thank you Tina.

Worst experience from the big male staff member there. I believe his name is Gary. He is extremely rude and provided the incorrect information so he didn't have to complete the transaction. Lazy, rude and aggressive are the three words we would use to describe this staff members behaviour. We will not return.

TERRIBLE WORKER
I got an important parcel sent to me by my grandmother and I was told it got delivered but never was in my mailbox long story short it was put in completely wrong address mailbox by fault of postman
