Recently went there to get a passport and photos done. Charged me more for the photos than the Aust Post advertised price and when questioned said that as a LPO they can charge more. Turns out that is totally false info and they must charge the Aust Post advertised price. Also, I have now found out as no receipt was provided for the passport photos, that the person put the charge down as "stamps," not passport photos. How many others are being overcharged for this or any other Aust Post product in this store?

Shocking service, was there yesterday, lady behind the counter talking on her mobile phone , clicked her fingers at me to put my package on the scale . I said that I wanted to register the package as my last 2 packages have gone missing after I posted them! She was rude , when I asked her to help me with tracking information , told me that it was up to me to follow it up with Aust Post.Never will go here again! Perhaps a customer service job is not suited to her!
