Completely disorganised resulting in a huge line. Multiple customers waiting ages for parcels that had arrived but which the staff could not find. And they'd run out of the basic kind of stamps for posting letters after all that so my only option would have been to buy more expensive ones - never had that happen at a post office licensee before. Great to spend 15 minutes waiting just to get this information.

I had a frustrating experience at this post office. As a first-time shipper, I wasn’t told the tracking number was on the receipt. When I asked about it later, the staff didn’t apologize or address my concerns with any urgency. The lack of helpfulness and communication was disappointing.

A Chinese lady, who appears to be a manager at the store, behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. When I went to collect my parcel, she yelled at me in front of several other people in the queue, making me feel embarrassed because I didn’t have the collection card with me. It was my first time collecting a parcel, and although I had my ID on hand, she kept insisting that I show the collection card, without any attempt to assist or explain the process. Her behavior was completely inappropriate, and she clearly lacks basic customer service skills. It was a terrible experience.

I have been to this post office twice this week (collecting a package and also sending something overseas) and on both occasions the staff were very helpful.

I have used their service twice, and every time it has been a wonderful experience. The staff here are always so kind and patient. I would prefer to walk a couple of blocks to send my parcel here instead of that one in the city.

This post office intentionally TRICKS people to paying for more for their post. They do not present the price of postage attached to each bag when they vary significantly (range of $10-20 difference), so you are just meant to pick one and find out at the counter. They then lied when I asked what the cheapest option was. After alot of probing, I then found out they keep the cheapest options are kept behind the counter (so customers can't access them presumably).

Service is unhelpful and rude, but both the Asian lady (presumably the owner) and younger blond lady. I left after the lying and terrible service and decided to us another Auspost. The owner even followed me out of the shop after to accuse me of stealing a 50 cent bag?

Shameful that this is an essential service for Australians and the service is this poor

I'm not in the habit of reviewing post offices and I generally find them to be friendly and efficient but this place should have its Australia Post licence revoked. I queued for 20 minutes to mail an item and it wasn't even busy. The man's sole job seems to consist of going out the back and telling people that their parcel isn't there, all while looking bemused at their temerity for even asking for it. The woman proceses customers at a glacial pace, seeming to delight in finding arcane reasons to slow down what should be simple procedures. If Fawlty Towers opened a PO branch, this would be it
