Excellent service by Clement this morning who was incredibly kind to us and took his time to ensure we had the correct documents for our property application. So unhelpful!! Went to collect a small parcel (not registered or anything like that) for our business and was refused even though I gave my licence and am an owner of the business and the property at the address. When I asked if they could call the address/business to verify they said they couldn’t. Really the worst customer service I’ve experienced from an LPO. I also don’t understand why the parcel wasn’t delivered when reception has been there all day instead a collection card in the post box Why?

Not open for people who actually work normal working hours. And when you go there at the weekend they are closed for a stocktake. Zero care for customers. Why cant Coles or Woolies not just take over the post office move it in-store and it be open 14 hours a day and actually provide a service to working people
