Absolutely poor service, I will not be going back ! No help and very useless

Not. fit for purpose.. New opening hours of 8am until 1pm Monday to Friday is an absolute joke. It was never good when you used to open till 5pm, you could however at least collect a parcel with poor service and rudeness, now you can`t even collect a parcel when you work full-time.

I don't know how many times that delivery driver wants to misplace or misdeliver my stuff. Fed up with it and no help at all from Aus Post. How hard is it to match the house number to label.

Ultimately I have been to the post office a few times over the past 12 months and I truly find the staff to be polite and efficient.

It seems the local post office is in very capable hands and I would recommend it to others.

Whether posting my sales items around the country or receiving packages from around the world; I find that the dealings with this post office are of the standard of which all businesses should follow.

Today was the final straw. Rude, aggressive and terse. I have had a P.O. Box here for 13 years and over the last couple of years have witness the service getting progressively worse. Missing mail, other peoples PO Box numbers put in mine, incorrect information about delivery dates. A disastrous combination of being arrogant and ignorant.
I won’t be renewing my PO Box this year nor will I support this business even though I like to support the locals.

Passport application failure. Initially told I had to have photo taken by post office and she said this without even looking at the photo, to begin with. This was despite photo taken by professional photographer with perfect sizing, contrast and background.

Daryl the previous owner operator left some very big shoes to be filled. I’m sure it’s not easy keeping everybody happy.
I’m sure it’s going to become more testing as time goes on too with the growing population in the area.

Zero care for customers, unhelpful and stubborn old man. Utterly useless and horrible customer service. Shameful place to be in Bullsbrook.
