WORST POST OFFICE IN CANBERRA!!!
They have lost my parcel, tried to give me someone else package with a different name on it, lied about the situation and have done nothing to chase up my missing urgent medical package.

After visiting an LPO who didn’t have passport photo facilities, i was recommended driving to Charnwood as a costumer has been their recently got their.
I walked into the near empty newsagents/ post office and asked if they provide the service. They said they do, but he could do it right now. I asked how long he’d like me to wait and got promptly told to go away and come back another day. No wonder the shop is empty!
Not sure if they’ve changed ownership in the past year or so, but the previous staff were delightful.
Their card stock has also depleted, and quite a few had dirt smudges all over them. Sadly this was once a place I would recommend -Never again.

I don't write many reviews but after visiting this establishment for the first time last Saturday I thought I must leave some feedback: just fantastic customer service from a great local business! I was served by a lovely lady with a French name, Jacqueleine I think? Went out of her way to assist me with my questions when the many options of padded postal bags seemed overwhelming. I even got some friendly gardening advice on the side. Will return!

everyone was in and I have a door bell camera that’s connected to my phone, the postman did not press the bell at all. Been like this for all my registered post this month. Why waste petrol coming here at all if you did not want to deliver the item.

My father and I went in to pay the electricity and water bills, and we have had Icon and ActewAGL hound us for payments when it was already paid! My father and I paid in cash, and he realised soon after that the receipt has been ripped off the bill. We will be going in office to discuss this matter once we recover from Covid, but I doubt that we'll have any assistance on the matter.
