No flexibility on opening times. Nothing is their problem.

I highly recommend using Swanbourne post office - friendly, open in convenient hours, so willing to help.

Always helpful, friendly, and efficient 🙂
They helped me using an early morning service window where you ring a bell and collect mail after hours (specific hours).

I've collected parcels here many times since I moved here a couple years ago.

They are happy to explain things so don't feel intimidated if you are a shy person.

Maybe the negative reviews are from a difficult or different time - because they've been lovely towards myself ☺️

the worst auspost post office. do yourself a favour and do not use them. i posted an item on 2.11 and it's still sitting in their post office and now missing. have been back and forth with auspost. the lady working here was sooo rude and has no basic customer service skills. she didn't pack my parcel properly and initially it got sent to myself first which resulted in a 2nd trip back to the post office.

Rude, rude, rude. Absolutely NO customer service.
Came to collect my post today and was chastised publicly for not collecting my mail sooner..... when I politely replied that I had definitely been in numerous times since when I she was last accusing me of of collecting she was very argumentative back. She kept arguing with me to the point that another staff member calmly stepped in.
I have since returned home and now have proof that I have been in on at least 3 occasions and was not given the mail that is now over 3 months old. Wish I could say she was just having a bad day but this is not the first time she has been VERY rude to me.

Bought two sims here. The girl scanned the one sim twice, so we couldn’t activate the second since it wasn’t scanned. Finally got back a week later and they called to fix it up, but ended up cancelling the first sim. Honestly, this is very basic customer service gone wrong. We have limped around australia without mobile because of shear stupidity.

When I first walked in the older gentleman behind the counter was serving another customer and was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately he called in another staff member to assist me. I can see she is already talked about on here.
Just wanted to apply for my WWCC. She instantly told me that it's impossible and the system was down since the morning. The older gentleman prompted her to check if it was back up (thank god cos it was) she did so while complaining about it being more work for her.
She was extremely cold throughout the process and at one point started complaining about covid 'shutting everything down'. The older gentlemen then said that he understood how serious covid was because he had a family member who passed away from it, to which she responded "Yeah but I'm talking about how everything was closed, and we couldn't travel".

Was glad to finally leave the store, until the following day where I received a phone call from her saying she had entered my details wrong and I would have to come back in. Now I have to find time around work to go back there because of her mistake which she wasn't even apologetic about.

Will not be coming to this post office again if I can help it.

What consistently incredibly rude and unhelpful service here. Our neighbour has had to move back east temporarily for health reasons and we're trying to help by forwarding their mail on. Any 'missed parcel slips' are a nightmare trying to pick up at this post office. Even with copies of their driving licenses and others they don't even attempt to help someone else out. Luckily they're much better at Swanbourne post office where most of the packages end up getting left.

I found the manager to be a bit rude. He didn't seem to understand how a statutory declaration works or what it is and made a bit of a scene which was embarrassing. I would expect a person who is authorised to sign one to know what it is. Otherwise I have usually found the other staff very pleasant.
