Staff at this outlet is wonderful & helpful. Shout out to ‘Vu’ who was great in taking passport photo for my newborn & ‘Derek’ who was kind to process the application. It was seamless experience and took less than 10 mins each time to get everything sorted for us.
Highly recommend to get your passport needs fulfilled here & ignore the negative reviews !

Here all the time. Been here on busy and quiet days, I don't have any negative thoughts. Though maybe some conflict resolution would be good in terms of communication for the staff, though I have seen some difficult to deal with customers come through. I don't understand all the negative reviews here.

From a five star review to a one star.

They wouldn't accept my photo ID for an application despite checking twice with the passport office it was acceptable.

Went to another Australia Post and got it done. Even have a letter now directly from the passport office saying it's acceptable.

Offered to redo the whole application with the written one just to satisfy them but they wouldn't offer me a physical copy.

The other Australia Post I went to happily gave me a written application and even call the passport office directly.

They went out of their way to help. This post office wouldn't even pass me a paper form.

Maybe it's laziness, maybe it's having a hard time admitting they were wrong, but I would try the surrounding post offices and save yourself some time.

I've been coming here for a few months now as this is now my local post office.
The Australian girl who works here 100% recommend her, she's on the ball and helps out each and every time.
I run a small home based business so come in weekly to post parcels off. I recently had 6 parcels to post off - I like to pay for them individually as it makes it easier so I can put names and tracking numbers together. The Asian man who served me complained and wouldn't put them through individually he said "how much more have you got to go?" Is he actually serious?! If the self serve machines were working I wouldn't be holding him up would I? I would have used them in a heart beat! Once I paid for all of my 6 parcels his response was "finally!"
Really turns me off coming back here but however I have no choice as it is my local.
Sad attitude by an incompetent family!

$65 difference from this post office to the one at cranbourbe Park. No , it's not a mistake . Won't be back . If you don't want to send this particular item just say that I'll go somewhere else

Went there this morning as we needed paper work verified - they were extremely busy! A huge wait line and all three people working were so polite and helpful. A little far from my home to go to regularly but very impressed with the service and all with a smile. Meant to close at 1pm, so many people inside and they just kept going. Well done!

Worst service. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
Took ID photos for my little one ask them to send it on my email and they sent on wrong email address even though my wife confirmed address. Next day when we ask them to resend the photo, they told us we need to bring our kid back to get the photos taken again and recharge full price, even though we only need digital photos sent on the emails and no print.

Eh - worst post office. Going to Cranbourne Park of Carrum Downs from now on.

Robotic, unemphatic sociopaths - if you want to be treated like a human don't go there. Any positive reviews have to be fake from this strange family run post office.
