I have been dealing with Diamond Creek Post Office for the past seven years and have experienced nothing but the highest quality, friendly and courteous service. They always take the time to ensure that you dont pay 'overs' and at the same time your parcel is packaged in the safest way possible. Especially during Covid, they were there to help accommodate all our needs and always with a smile on their face - which would have have a been a very difficult period for them to keep running the business.

This is to address to Simon, the man who said is the manager of this branch on Saturday 22th July at 11 am!

I wanted to return a damaged item back to the seller. I hade the return label and I print it out and went to this post office and gave them the label and the package to be returned. But two days later I received my returned item back and when I checked I noticed that they made a mistake and they crossed out the new return label and send it back to myself again using the original label on the package. It was already inconvenient. I went back to the same post office on Saturday morning at 11 am and explained what happened and ask them to redo it. They said you have to print out the label again but I didn't have any printer at home and I have used my work place printer for the first one. I told Simon (who said is the manager) and asked him if he can print it out if I email to them? He said no he can't help me and it's my problem! I said you made a mistake and you need to fix it but he was very rude and he didn't even apologize! He said he can't use his printer for me and I have to go to Greensborough branch! It was very frustrating and disappointing. I'm very sorry for such a poor customer service. It's not the way to treat customers!

I’ve been dropping parcels off at the Diamond Creek post office for nearly 3 years and have always enjoyed the friendly banter and great sense of humour provided by the team. Having been using Diamond Creek Post Office now for just over a year on a daily basis, I am pleased to say, there is no better team to deal with than the ladies at this outlet. I cannot recommend this branch enough, the expert advise and superb customer service I receive on a regular basis is outstanding. If you need to send off a letter or parcel, look no further than the team at Diamond Creek. A++

I have recently moved to the area and have had to use this Post Office. It has been an experience to see a community service such a disgrace to the word "service" and in fact they would not know what the word actually means. The staff there are so miserable and you feel like you are just adding to the misery by being served. Curly dark haired staff member is so rude and and it is sad to see someone so unhappy in their job. I will use another post office to avoid this one. Come on people pick up your attitude people do notice!!!!

Was recently here to take 3x passport photos and lodge 3x child passport applications. Daniela, Jeanette and Maria all played their parts in various processes and provided efficient, pragmatic and friendly service. Very impressed !

Happy with all Post office, but this one ( DIamond Creek). Just because they are franchised, they make up their own procedure/ policy in order to maximise their profit. I have my own business, as a result I use my business post, where I can save some money, whenever I send parcels out.
First of all, they have provided miss leading information, stating that my business post doesn’t save you money, it will work out same as pre-paid post.
Secondly, they insist me to pay FULL PRICE for parcel post satchel, despite I have “my business post”. Otherwise, no service will be provided.
This issue, has been escalated to the area manager.

Thirdly, very poor customer service, they always look down at me, like I am owing them money.

Definitely won’t recommend.
