We got excellent service from this post office for our baby’s passport application. Thanks to the guys working here..They were kind and helpful with our questions. We had to go back once more as they pointed out an issue with the application form. Finally we did everything right as per their suggestions and got my baby’s passport in 2 weeks time. This is not our closest post office, but we have been there in the past for other services and liked the service and that’s why we decided to do the passport application here. Thanks again.

The two ladies at the front desk are horrible I witnessed them be so rude to a young couple today who had done nothing wrong. They should be ashamed of themselves. The young couple handled it so well and tried to work with them but I could tell they were upset by the treatment they received and rightly so. I will be putting in a formal complaint with Australia Post in case a witness is needed.

This is the worst PO ever. I had to take one day off waiting for my parcel delivery but no one knock the door just left a collection letter. I have called the Delivery Centre but no one picked the phone and I have to call Aus Post for advise. The excuses given to me is the parcel is heavy. But the exactly same parcels been delivered twice already this year. when I mentioned the previous deliveries they were still trying to find some other excuses................ I don't have car and the I have to work on the time Delivery Centre open from Monday to Friday so no idea how to get my parcel.............so frustrating. I cant afford take more days off for the collection because I am working on hourly wages.

This is the best post office due to the awesome people who work there. This post office is not the closest one to me but I go out of my way to frequent this particular post office due to the fantastic customer service! The guys there are always friendly and very helpful. I visit here roughly every 2 days to post many items and am always greeted with a smile and the best service!! I highly recommend this Australia post office. 5 stars!!

It took 12 calls to get them to answer the phone. when they did they were rude and didn't want to talk to me let alone see if my package was there. if 0 stars could be given they earned them. Brilliant service after a notification today that i have a package to collect by tomorrow or they return it to the sender.

Parcels always being delivered to wrong addresses. When I chase up missing parcels there is no action for many days. My parcel is still missing postman probably has delivered it to the wrong address again.

When you work 0700-1700 Monday to Friday and the only chance you have to pick up packages that have been delivered here are on the weekend. I certainly doesn’t help that they are closed BOTH Saturday and Sunday.

I visit Dural Post Office nearly every second day. I have always found the staff there to be very efficient and have always gone out of their way to assist and be helpful.
