The service here is wonderful! I highly recommend for passport renewal. I made a mess of my form and was so stressed and the lady was so helpful and calm. 4 attempts at the form and 3 visits later I finally submitted my son’s passport. I don’t think I could have done it without the kindness of this lady. Lovely calm atmosphere here. Will always go here from now on.

Efficient and Friendly - role model of what post office should be like!Compared to other post offices I have been to, this one in the new shopping mall is really a jam!

All the staffs are super knowledgeable, friendly and work efficiently! While I was there applying the passport for my son, I was watching and listening to their interaction with customers. They gave customers complete information and offered their best suggestion.

This happened to my passport application too ~ Everything was done in an efficient fashion. I was advised the photos I summited have quality issue because of the shadow (a solid reason and it showed they knew what they were talking about). Therefore I had my son taken a passport photo there and it was done literally within 10 minutes with finished product handed over. No mention how smooth the whole passport application / interview process was.

I know where I am going to next time when I have any passport application related matters.

I had a very pleasant experience at this post office - the 2 ladies were lovely and very efficient with processing my passport renewal. This place does not have long lines like most post offices and even then, the ladies are very efficient in helping you out. Would recommend this place 100%.

Went to get my passport renewed. The 2 ladies here are absolutely amazing. Excellent services even thought it was.a busy time of the day. I was confused and did not print the correct doc. The staff helped me with the printing and went above and beyond what was required. Thank you so much.

The staff are rude and disrespectful. Seen the way they spoke to a old lady who was trying to pick up a package. Just cold and rude. Have more respect and warmth for your customers or find another job. The Asian lady was beyond words rude. Have a heart !!!!!!

Thank you very much to the staff (2 females) at auspost Eastlakes evans ave for helping me to process my passport renewal application. The first female staff took professional passport photos of me (6x for roughly$20), sent a digital copy to my email then handed me over to her other female colleague who helped process the remainder of my passport renewal application. Everything went so smoothly and efficiently (despite lining up and waiting for my turn however, I was served soon afterwards as the waiting time wasn't long at all due to the work efficacy demonstrated by the staff). The staff was also very polite and patient towards me despite having my toddler with me + many other customers to serve before and after me. Once again thank you very much for your terrific customer service it is greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work.

The staff are very friendly, but they have managed to stuff up my passport application two times!

Which has put my passport on hold twice. I have had to keep taking time off work to travel to the post office to resubmit my application because of their errors.

Wow! The new management of this post office from April 2021 is amazing. The shop looks tiny and clean. The joyful greeting from the staff is amazing too. The feeling of the post office has changed dramatically under the new management. They found my parcel in two seconds....I could only say Wow~Wow~Wow...things could turn so positively with the new people running the business. Well done Eastlakes new team!!!
