Muhammad was such a huge help today with a smile on his face. I see so many bad reviews on here regarding this post shop. But each time my self and family members have used this post office. We have always walked away satisfied and happy with the professionalism service that was provided. i think most people have used the wrong post office. But thank you again Muhammad for your amazing service! You are one of the good people in this world. And never let anyone tell you any different.

I had notification that my passport will be delivered today and a signature is required.
Both my husband and I were home having lunch, when I received an email that my letter will be taken to the post office as there was no one in attendance. The postman did not ring the doorbell or knock.
Just left a card in the letterbox. Now one of us has to go there.
Sick to death of Australia post and their lazy ways.

The post office staff are some of the most unfriendly people acting like getting a parcel from the back or scanning a return label if the most inconvenient task when it is their job. Only gave 2 stars for the man who appears of Indian background he is nice, the elder two that always work are so rude I get a bit of a laugh going there because of it. Crack a smile guys!

Went up to Engadine Post Office in my uniform while on shift to collect a parcel on behalf of a business as I am a casual employee and there is only one staff on per shift. Managers occasionally are in and being a franchise the owners do not work within the business.
I was told that I needed a business card with my name on it and business details, or a letter of authority from the owners on the business letterhead in order to collect a parcel.
I was told this AFTER he had taken the slip and started to look for the parcel, only to return a few minutes later to state that he cannot give me the parcel.
This seems very excessive, considering I was in my uniform at the time. Very annoyed as I will now have to wait until Monday to try and get a manager/owner to attend the post office so we can receive supplies that we require.

dont get your passport done here, I paid $245 extra onto of the $308 for a 2 day turn around at the passport office and asked for it to be 'collected'. I needed to pick it up in the city. because I cannot get an ICVC without a passport number for overseas travel. the passport office processed it in 24 hours, the admin put for it to be posted, it is now lost in space and nobody in any department at Australia post can help because a week later the registered tracking number has still not be lodged on the website, so the parcel has not been handled. No promises, I am suppose to leave in 3 days, the Foreign Affairs office says their system is definitely ticked to post out....just one simple renewal form .

Manager and staff in generall are extremely rude and dismissive. They have no sense of care for their customers and I honestly wish I could give a negative review. I have been to this store on many occasions, giving them the "benefit of the doubt" or a "this won't happen again" but alas, every time without fail they never cease to amaze me with how much they really don't care. Save your time and effort and go to a store that will give you the time of day. This store seriously needs to be reviewed by the ombudsman.

If I could give a minus score...I would give it 5!
The customer service is appalling, they are rude, dismissive and as a customer made feel unwelcome. They appear to be very unfamiliar with procedures and lack basic confidence in their services. Perhaps they should specialise in selling stamps, for I will NEVER go back to that Post Office...This branch really needs a review by the Ombudsman.
