APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm left in shock. Went to collect a parcel. The man who worked today saw me, did not acknowledge me and proceeded to continue typing away. Waited for a few minutes and I asked him POLITELY "just wondering how long will you be?" He immediately started yelling at me, saying things like "Can't you see I'm busy? Do I look like I'm sleeping to you? If you come at a time that works for me then I would help you, I'm busy" ... left completely in shock, I said to him that there is no need to yell and that I would be fine waiting however would appreciate him letting me know instead of blatantly ignoring me and leaving me to stand here and wait for however long he needed. He replied with "I'm not yelling, this is the way my voice is" (while raising his voice further). I've never been treated this way or left such a bad review on an establishment. For people who have also experienced this, just know it's not your problem. This man is clearly rude, entitled and sick of his job. He deserves to be fired.

I have been going to this post office for many years. I really value the way the postmaster keeps calm and deals with each customer with diligence. He is rather shy but has a love smile when it breaks through.

The staff here are extremely rude. I was picking up a parcel and showed the older man of color the “Awaiting collection” page on the AusPost website and he screamed at me and said “just tell me the day it arrived”

Terrible customer service, I went there to pick up my package, one Indian man has ignored me for few minutes even I said excuse me several times, then he showed up n yelled at me “I’m busy come back 3:30” even there were no customer. It was 2pm, I got email that they’re ready to give me a package that’s why I went there. We’re busy not like you. DO YOUR WORK, be normal.

This post office provides good service and the owner/operator is a kind man who has experienced a lot in his career including workplace assault. These negative reviews do not come from healthy perspectives. People should extend some empathy to others just doing their best day-to-day. The owner has always been kind to me, always looks up cheapest prices available for me, and has often shared facts about his life in India. As a customer, it's not a big ask to just be polite, patient, ask somebody how their day is, and wait 5 minutes for someone to do their very demanding job – you will then get the good service you deserve. Thank you Enmore LPO for looking after the mail for our community. You are doing a wonderful job.
