Best post shop in all of Sydney. family business run by a Chinese family who are very friendly helpful and respectful. I have been going to this local post shop since 2009. Compared to west ryde, eastwood, Carlingford, epping, top ryde & Macquarie, this post office is the best in terms of service speed & friendliness . Unlike in west ryde & top ryde post shop i Never had to wait in long queue in this post shop . The son Ming is highly skilled, super fast and intelligent to understand every problem like his mum. Daddy is a bit slow because of age but his family always assist him when he goes to "Joe Biden" mode while processing international postage. But its absolutely not an issue.

The staff at this PO has no knowledge of passport renewal. We queued for this morning service which took 20 minutes of our time then were told we had to come back as the staff cannot witness my signature on the form and that we need to bring a physical ID card instead of digital one on the phone. In fact there is no need for an ID check as information had been filled prior. I tried to explain to the staff about the requirements on the form but he did not care less.

I have other local post offices but after reading a couple of horror stories regarding passport renewal, I decided to go here. It was a flawless process, took 10 minutes (I didn't have to take photos) and the lady helping me was lovely. Was a great idea to go here as many others have mentioned.

My local post office for 10 years. The family run business is very helpful, the staff are always willing to lend a helping hand or assist in understanding the parcel system. Not as big as other post offices, but is suitable for the size of the shopping complex. I’m not sure why people are rating them down for the deliveries. I believe these are out of the control of the business owners, as delivery people are hired by AusPost, not this branch. Fiy they also open later than most other post offices, if you finish work at 5pm, I’m sure others want to finish work at 5pm too. Late night hours only apply to big shopping malls. Great service and kind people.

Great staff, very efficient and is always clean and stocked. This post office is rarely busy and the staff are always helpful.
They have Post office boxes available and usually sort all parcels and mail by 9:30 so ready for collection early in the day.

I must seriously commend and congratulate Ming for helping me track down a parcel where I lost the receipt with the tracking number on there. I forgot to take a screenshot of it from my phone which we'll do for future reference. He asked me for the date, time approximately, who served me and what the total invoice amount was. I never thought this was possible. I recommend anyone in the future who encounters a similar problem or situation to what I experienced to speak with Ming who will be able to help you. Once I had the receipt number, I rang the Australia Post call centre number and the guy told me that he could find the tracking number with the receipt number. All he needed from me was the total amount on the receipt, the weight, whether it was express or parcel post and the suburb or town of the receiver that it was going too. Great work Ming. You're a star.

The parcel has barely been two business days since arriving at the shop (since I couldn't collect my parcel within 48 hours at the locker and from my knowledge they should be keeping the parcel for 10 business days) and my parcel locker parcel was sent away to an unknown place. It cannot be tracked and nobody knows where it is. This never happened at West Ryde shop as the staff were more professional about it there. Very disappointed.

The woman felt genuinely bad and she remembered me the next visit. They are very nice people who just wasn't sure about the new parcel locker system.
