Slow and useless staff. Line out the door and only one person working on a weekday. It infuriates me when the postman takes anything there. They’ve sent back packages a day after they’ve been dropped off, lost packages and when I have multiple to pick up they can’t ever find them. Wouldn’t let me pick up a package because it was under my son’s name. My son is 1 year old. It was a birthday present from family.

Great post office, was open over the long weekend! Staff were friendly and were able to help me really quickly. Also because it’s not on a main road, it wasn’t very busy

Not my forst negative experience attempting to collect a parcel but this was enough to leave a review and a complaint with aus post.

My 4yo & I went to collect a parcel, I showed a photo of my passport, and all the digital ID’s/cards in my iphone wallet yet the asian male in his 50’s-60’s blatantly refused to hand it over stating I am required to provide them a physical card. I said my licence was in the mail and he could not have cared less. Incredibly rude dismissive and argumentative. I politely insisted he hand over my parcel I had the notice on my phone from auspost that linked them to my parcel he still refused and tried to kick me out. I said I wont leave until he handed me my parcel so he called the police.
Despite the police verifying who I was he still denied me my parcel. The police had to insist he accept my digital vic roads licence as a valid and acceptable form of ID.
He folded and allowed me to collect my parcel but had to rejoin a long queue and also show my ID AGAIN……………
Disgusting behaviour, complete disregard for people and other customers who had to wait even longer while he refused to serve me

Very incompetent staff. Rude, miserable and unfiendly, especially the older man. Please LEAVE as you clearly don’t enjoy your jobs. The door is open for you to go.

Went there last week, I finally received my 'missing' package. The male employee was unprofessional and just plain rude throughout my experience.

Australia Post has a bad history already with poor customer service, but the Post Office on Yuille St in particular, is run by rude males who shouldn't be in a customer service position.

Appalling rude service, almost impossible to enter shop in a wheelchair as 60mm step at door, then when in shop so much stock no room to hardly get down aisle, eventually get to counter collect parcel that postman could not be bothered to bring to my house so left a card in letter box. then try and leave, large queue built up the way I came in and no room to turn round, as i was leaving couldn't get through the gap so knocked a display over. Manager follows me outside and shouts at me stating not to come back (with witnesses) dreadful customer service and total discrimination against the disabled, he should be removed from his role as manager. Formal complaint registered with Post Office.

Incredibly rude customer service from what I believe is the owner of this post office. Regarding rude tone, voice raised, all because on my licence my living address did not fit my postal address listed on my parcels to collect, due to currently moving into our rental and the process it takes to change those details over. When asked if I could show a utility bill to confirm my living address I was able to present this via email (as we received our utility bills online) and the owner stated he needed a hard paper copy to approve this… this is my local office of 3 years living in Frankston and never have I had an issue there before. 1 star purely for the fact of how I was spoken to, in which I’ve proceeded with a formal complaint to Aus Post.
