So helpful when I wanted to renew my passport.
My old printer was not good enough for the passport application standard. The girls at the post office reprinted my form, took the photos and sent it off. Deeply grateful for their assistance.

Such a friendly helpful Post Office! Simply the best! I was trying to complete a visa online and my phone camera wasn’t working. I went in to buy passport photos but Cindy instead spent 20 minutes or more using her mobile to help me with the visa application. Way above and beyond what was required of her - so much appreciated thank you!

A Post Office that doesn’t have Christmas stamps. Disappointing. Then you have to pay regular postage of $1.50 per stamp. Did Australia Post not provide enough stamps? Or did the staff stuff up and not order enough for the Christmas period? Either way, not good enough.

The most friendly and caring staff that I have ever come across at an Australian post office. We were in the area on holidays and needed urgent access to a printing system and the owners were so accomodating to have helped us out. Selfless acts of kindness that deserve recognition 🙂 Thank you and wish we could have done more to show our gratitude. A great post office run by great people!
