I had a disappointing experience at this post office. The staff member with colored hair was notably rude, particularly towards the elderly customers in the store. She observed that they were using the wrong bags and waited until they had already presented them, only to speak down to them and roll her eyes. This type of behaviour was evident with every customer she interacted with, and it felt unprofessional and dismissive. I would much prefer to drive to Rockhampton for future postal services rather than be served by this individual again.

Worst customer service I've encountered so far.

Don't even attempt to deliver and they say they have. Got proof with home cameras. Mail sits at depot for days. Problems with 3 deliveries in a row. Didn't get an apology only excuses and phone number to register a complaint.

Will never visit this post office again. Very rude staff. Not very good with children. Everytime I went there they were always rude. Need some training of customer service etc.
