The person at the desk was incredibly rude and disinterested in helping me locate my parcel. I had such an unpleasant experience. You probably shouldn’t work at a post office if you hate customer service.

I went to Grange (QLD) LPO today to post a few small items. The owner who was working there was incredibly rude and totally ignored me when I was waiting at the counter. He walked away and continued his phone conversation talking to someone about sport, family and bragging about how much money he is making from his business. He seemed completely disinterested I ended up putting the items I was buying back and going to another post office (Newmarket) even though it was out of my way.

The owner, Grant is extremely rude and unhelpful. This post office shouldn't even exist. It doesnt have the values and principles of Australia Post. Most services are unavailable here so don't waste your time. Even though he could have helped me by witnessing 1 signature he lied saying he doesn't do that here. He does for other people I know.
To further waste my time he said to go to Stafford City Aus Post who he said can do it but they said that they don't have the ability to.

Even though this post office is not the closest to me I still come here. I been going to the Grange post office in Thomas Street for ten years now find Chris the owner to be polite and willing to go above and beyond to help. Keep up the great work Chris Australia Post are lucky to have you. Z
