lied to up front about services offered i.e., 'no print drop off' point DESPITE having QR codes handy. i checked the AusPost website to ensure they were in fact a 'no print' drop off site.
i would've given them 2 stars since they did process the returns, but only after i had to confront her to get the job done but the incompetence and aggressiveness experienced was unacceptable.

Horrible customer service only 1 women working who was extremely slow at her job, another man who worked there was just doing nothing while there was a line of 10+ people. Had to wait almost an hour just to buy a post bag. While people were filling forms instead of serving others she just stood there and watched

Couriers never actually try to deliver my post they just mark it as failed and take it straight to the post office. What am i paying postage for? To spend hours of my week in the post office apparently

Post office is fine, shabby but does the job. Plus they remember me now and i dont need to ID myself, thats service people. Try avoid lunch time rush hour as you could be waiting for that annoying person who decides to renew their passport between 12-2pm when you are on your lunch break (annoying)

It has all the minimum requirements for a post office. Not much else. Staff can sometimes be exceptionally helpful, other days they are clueless. It's fine for picking up and dropping off packages occasionally. It it is really important, consider Auburn PO especially for collection.

The worst post office I have ever dealt with.

I sent one parcel interstate ( expensive essential oil) in July 2020. Till now mid of September, still not arrived.

Couldn’t track online AustraliaPost website, no information updated since two months ago on 16th July. I Called AustraliaPost, no response other than endless phone recording.

Called this office for help. They gave back the customer service number. Tried to call Australia Post again a few times, without any success.

Hopeless, I went to the office again. After all, it was them handling the parcel. From other Google reviews, I found that it happens that the parcels were lost in their handling room. I hope they can show some sympathy and tried to give some assistance on this matter.

No, I was too naive. The male staff was very cold and keep saying “No. Cannot help.” “Only way is to call Australia Post.”

I told him that I’ve tried numerous time. “Can you call Australia Post here? “ As I thought the office must have a different portal from consumers. “NO. We’re busy.” Even there’s no single another customer in the office!

Terrible customer service. INCOMPETENT.

Even one star is overrating.

Please avoid this post office - the old guy refused to lodge my passport application because the photo is of grey background. He then showed me the Aus Passport Photo guide which literally says ‘white or grey background’.

Went to another post office and got it done in 5min…
