Extremely kind staff. Patrick helped me to fix my water damaged key. He is so professional, kind & helpful. The owner is also lovely. The shop has a very beautiful range of gifts, & cards. Definitely, the best post office service in the Blue Mountains. Five stars all the way!

After an unsuccessful time with JBHiFi and Belong signing up to new mobile services and phone, I called into our local PO and was assisted by their 'Digital Native' officer to download the old phone files to the new and make the connection to the service that was beyond Belong! Hooray for the brilliant young man who assisted and. his generous manager - and all gratis!

Australians all need to be supporting & protecting our Postal Service and also getting behind the call for the institution to become a full public banking service as the greedy private banks withdraw branches and ATMs from our city, rural and regional areas. Please contact Susan Templeman to get behind this push - Labor don't want to do it and they even support the push to close more POs and leave only post boxes/storage and courier services!

I had the most amazing experience at this post office with the best customer service you could imagine!

I arrived with a lot of parcels and boxes. One box was around 1.15kg and would have been about $10 more because of 150 gram too much.

Weigang said that by reducing the packaging weight I might get it down to 1kg. He took a carpet knife and cut the excess cardboard off, weighted again, cut more off, weighted again, cut more off until it was only 1.004kg! He then fixed the box with their own packaging tape, and the packaging looked even nicer afterwards 🙂

It is wonderful to see that true customer service is still out there, even though it gets less common. Weigang went above and beyond, also recommended that he sends the receipt for all my parcels via email so it is easier for me to handle the tracking numbers. No other post office ever mentioned this service to me before!
