Always great to see these country post offices open and being used. They are the hub of the community, where banking can still be carried out. Was busy when I visited.

The man that runs this post office goes out of his way to make it as hard as possible for you, if you are looking for customer service do not go to this post office as it does not exist. I believe the motto of this post office is “What can I do, not to make this happen”

I have been trying to ring Howard post office and you can’t even get a person it.goes thru to a general PO line with a wait time of 40min. How ridiculous. Why can I ring Burrum Heads and get a person to talk to. Surely Howard should be the same. Aren’t we meant to be country and locals dealing with locals not somebody in Sydney. So annoyed to think you can no longer just ring 😡

What a wonderful Post Office with a great country feeling. It has all the services available of a city post office with very friendly staff who have time for a chat. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Seriously has to be the best post office ever!! Staff are always so helpful, friendly, chatty and always go above and beyond. Nothing is ever too hard!! Even with a system malfunction she managed to work out a different way to organise my parcel later for me so I didn’t have to wait or come back!! And then today got my Resume printed for free!!
Then to top that off the parcel delivery lady is awesome!! Delivers with a smile and goes the extra mile too!! You all should be proud!! Give them a pay rise!!
