left my medication in their store room without scanning for a month and there is no customer support, i recently picked up a parcel that had literally been sitting there for 2 years, australia post truly is a joke

Didn't even deserve 1 star ... but had to hit that to be able to leave a comment ... male worker/manager ? What an obstructive ... negative ... useless piece of humanity this individual was when I went to pick up a package 📦 ... I had the communication from Australia Post ... 📸 picture on my cell phone ... name ... barcode/scan patch ... absolutely useless ... go get a life mate and stop taking your frustration out on customers ... was in there 20 minutes trying to find the large box which turned out to be right under his feet ... did the same thing to two other customers whilst I was trying to get more details for him from my son's partner out in remote D@#$## B#@%& ...
Eventually found the package which only arrived there the day before ... such abysmal service ... such rudery ... and I've not exaggerated my experience today !!!

Balding passive aggressive flog behind the counter is as useless and rude as it gets. All the others there are amazing. Would be 5 stars but the rude geek lets everyone down. Sort it out mate haha!

They must have got new people in cause it's the best Post Office I've been in. The girl is absolutely gorgeous which is a bonus to, always pleasant & helpful

Horrible customer service. The staff couldn't locate my package and just said "human error happens" and were really rude in the way they spoke to me. I would not recommend anyone new sign up to the particular Aus Post.

Aweful customer service! Been in there 3 times now and have experienced the same rude behavior by 2 different workers. Never going back there again 100% do NOT recommend
