The passport interviewer is a LIAR and very unprofessional I believe her name is Nasili I called ahead to let NASILI? know I was running late and she said she cant see me because she had back to back appointments today... The Indian lady at this post office is so rude she threw my receipt at me and walked off when I did nothing wrong. They also sprayed glen 20 as soon as other male customers walked out. Will not be returning and I recommend everyone to go to Austral than here SO RUDE!!!

I find the Indian lady at this post office to be very rude. She lacks good customer service skills. I always hope that my packages are sent to West Hoxton LPO as the service is exponentially better .

Drove 40mins from home to this post office for passport interview. No appointment booked and we were distraught after going to multiple locations with no luck. The lovely lady 'Nazly' helped us immediately and was so kind, friendly and helpful. You received lots of good prayers for helping us nazly. 5 stars 🌟 thank you

visited the Australian post Office in Hoxton Park for my son's passport and had the worst experience ever. The staff member was extremely rude and didn't smile at all. She was rude to everyone and had no customer service skills. I can't believe how unprofessional she was. This is unacceptable, and I hope something is done about it.

Closed up a few minutes before 5pm. Couldn’t pick up my order on the only day I could get it before closing. The owner wanted to close early so they could go home. Unbelievable.
