The worst customer service I ever experienced.
Waiting to be served, the 2 ladies at the counter were too busy gossiping about another worker to care to even look at me. It took them a good 5 minutes to realised I was there and that I could ear everything. No apologies given, no smiles, nothing.
I really hope their life will get better.

Went in to this post office only to be treated by very rude women behind the counter. We arrived 25mins before closing to get passport pics and a quick process of passport but straight away we got a "nuh". We told them we have filled out all the forms out online and just needed them to print them out like it says you can do on the website. The pair of them just kept saying no, go print them at a library but wouldn't offer directiontions when asked. For a 10 minute job there was no need to be so rude. Definately need some training in customer service and manners. Not going there again!

Disgusting customer service. Ladies in there should go for a training day to learn some manners and respect for their customers. Better off driving to Tully or Townsville post office than dealing with the nasty women in Ingham post office. Such a disgrace. Why even get a job in customer service when you you're rude and don't even want to help your customers out. Really is sad to see, AusPost should really look into how their branches are treating customers.

My sister warned me how unfriendly they were here. I didn't know quite how bad until I experienced it first hand. When asking a question the woman said "I don't know if that's you" every time I asked if I could redirect or change the info via the app she kept repeating herself "I don't know if that's you" she refused to answer what I asked of her over and over. She was very unfriendly and aggressive in the way she answered me. I worked it out myself eventually and she didn't say a word to me when I handed her the code to scan and she handed me my parcel with no words. I've also heard staff yelling back and forth at each other out the back. I have anxiety about going in there now and I know I'm not the only one.

New computer system!!! Good for them!!! Attended to (wouldnt say served) by "manager" Posted a large parcel, was charged extra large, queried why i was charged XL and was told "i dont know its a new system" receipt clearly states XL not L so that is obviously what was entered, also parcel weighed at 2.5kg. Parcel weight on receipt say 3 to 5kg..Went to another counter to collect an incoming parcel and also queried and "manager" came storming over asking if i had a complaint. Told him i just wanted to know why i was charged incorrectly. He threw coins across the counter at me and said here... i told you its a new system... so apparently its ok to charge extra cos its a new system!!!! Maybe some training BEFORE the new system started would have been handy!!! And throw in some customer service training also..

Consistently poor customer service, packages are never on time. Staff including management, will actively fight you on the correct delivery address, leading to your package taking 4 months to get delivered. The fact that Auspost allows the current management to stay in charge is an absolute joke and shows how little they care for there customers.

I've done about 20 google reviews - all five stars, except this one, so you know this is serious. Please retrain your delivery drivers! A month ago they left my $2000 new laptop at my front door, unattended for 6 hours. Then today they left my $100 new drum unattended for 4 hours. BOTH WERE SIGNATURE REQUIRED, DON'T DELIVER WITHOUT SIGNATURE. Then to rub salt in the wound I have to go to the PO for a $10 shirt, say my 30 digit tracking number, show ID and sign for it. What a joke, please retrain your drivers!
