I went there to pay a very complicated bill, and the staff was incredibly patient. More importantly, I accidentally left my wallet behind, and the employee personally brought it to my home after their shift!!! Such a kind and amazing person!

I have been overcharged too many times. Last 1 was $3.80 for a standard sized Xmas card. Manager is very rude and doesn't care about his customers and/or staff. Staff turnover is extremely high. I now go to the Tuggeranong PO. Friendlier, professional and quick.

Worst Service ever and very unwelcoming maybe because she is old, I wanted to print one document and asked her the email, she could not see clearly or went near to look at it and then she scratched the paper and told me the printer isn’t working and it will take a long time and asked me to come tomorrow. Just because she was lazy to give the email she made me go away. And even the little girl who was making bus card she told her DOB many times and the old lady still kept shouting what’s the date what’s the date.

Just went to pick up the parcel and Australia post has sent a barcode to scan it in the store while pick up but the staff is lazy to scan the code and asking questions about the parcel’s size and surname. When request to scan the code she replied scanner is not working. After 2 minutes when she could not found the parcel, she came and scan the code and found the parcel. I am not sure the behaviour behind this but something was fishy.

I am amazed at just how incapable Auspost has become. I have express post envelopes sent to me quite often and they are supposed to arrive within 2-3 business days, but on average they take between 5 days to 2 weeks(!) to arrive. And they have the gall to call this express post! Kambah post office usually sit on the mail for up to 3 days and then send it to some regional ‘hub’ where it’ll sit for a further 2-3 days, after which it takes a further few days to arrive. And that’s of course if they don’t somehow lose it along the way!
It is STUNNING just how incompetent this organisation has become over the years.

Have been going to this post office for 20+ years. No issues.

Only disappointment was when Australia Post lost a Christmas Parcel in Sydney last year. Assume it'll be found one day and delivered...
