Delivery guy is bloody useless doesn't even beep. Just pulls up gives you .2 of a second to respond then drives off. Once i caught him just driving off I caught him 4-5 houses up told him to actually beep. Second time I told him I'm just putting clothes on and he drove off. Service in the Karama shop is good so far no problems there Excellent work.

Absolutely great service from the 2 ladies today. They went far and beyond with their service with assisting me in sending my sold ebay item. Super weekend trading hours as well to assist if one is busy during the week.

Exactly today (8/09/2022) around 10:30 or so, I had been waiting in line to collect my parcel and I went to the left counter, an old woman with short curly blonde hair assisting me.
I had read and done at this exact same place before that 2 VALID forms of ID can be credit card and Medicare card. I used both here previously and it was great. But this time I used it and this old woman gave me a very hurtful look, rolled her eyes, slumped back, and let out a big sigh of disappointment and said she ‘won’t’ accept my 2 VALID forms of ID (along with the card that was left in my mailbox) and said I must have something with my face and address on it, and asked if I lived at home and if I lived with my mother. Once I said yes to both she said that my mother must come with me then to finally receive my package.
My mother came and helped me and we went to the right side desk with a younger woman with long brown hair who happily helped us PROPERLY.
The service I received by the older woman was extremely disgusting.

Very frustrating. It used to be great but in the past few months the delivery has been very chaotic. You get a delivery card but when you tried to collect it's not there, this happened multiple times without any concrete explanation. At one point they suggested to go to the Winnellie post office to collect it, another time the parcel tracking showed that the item is in a remote area an hour away, while in fact it is in their storage. They even screwed up delivery to the parcel locker, they didn't apologize, instead they blame the customer. I genuinely lose faith in them.

Didn't have parcels ready for collection, couldn't be bothered looking as his young girl wanted to go home even though they were still open. Just not helpful. Casuarina are so much better.

The old lady at the counter is rude, the other workers are lovely tho. Most of the time good experience except for the one worker who makes it kinda miserable.
