Kin Kora PO at Stocklands may be small, but the staff is very efficient. When paying bills such as my fortnightly rent, collecting online shopping parcels, and making small purchases of stationery, I am always treated with respect and friendliness as well as speed. Banking is also provided. It's a little shop that leads customers to smile at each other.

Obliging friendly staff. I was mailing a large box of items to New Zealand and as l walked out the door l realised that I had accidentally left an item to be posted elsewhere, inside the box. It was no trouble to cut the sellotape and then reclose the box. Very happy.

Like many post offices, this outlet is accessed from the car park without the need to go into the mall, which is a sensible design feature. The mail boxes are on the footpath making a quick mail drop easy.
It's not a large PO so there's not much shop stock which I found appealing. The shop is consequently less cluttered with space to move around. There are two service counters with room to do business with large postage items.
The staff were friendly and helpful making the transaction pleasant.
