Manie was so helpful, saved me a lot of back & forth by explaining the international shipping process to me when I bought the box & because of her I was able to come back the next day with the necessary documents & get it don’t quickly, she also showed me expected shipping times & prices for different weights. Fantastic experience & the help was greatly appreciated as a working uni student who has minimal time to run errands I couldn’t have asked for better help! 🙂

This is our favoured post office to go to. The staff are excellent and very helpful. We go here with our postal needs. We collect all our undelivered packages from here too and there has never been a problem with them. Plenty of parking in the shopping centre car park, the shop is well signed and easy to get to. Located very close to the Coles shop.

Great friendly local postal service, I had the easiest passport application experience through them twice this year. They also went beyond to ring the passport office in ensuring the mistake I made on the application form was acceptable, and they were and new passports received much earlier than estimated.

Kings Langley LPO, NSW.
On 25.11.22 at approximately 2:10pm I went to the Kings Langley LPO(NSW) with my wife to present “Land Title Verification of Identity Form”. Before I went, I searched Aust Post web site and copied a page in “How to verify your identity with Australia Post”. This page clearly says “There is no need to make an appointment”
I had a copy of this with me when I visited the Post Office. At the time of our visit there were two staff, a male and a female at the front desk serving customers. When I had my turn, the female staff called me. I handed the forms and asked her to please verify the identity verification as required.
Surprisingly, she was rude and told me that ‘this is not the time to do this and you must have an appointment and come back on another day’. She took a pen and paper out to give me an appointment. I had a print out from the website ready for this reason, expecting this kind of nasty staff. They should be ashamed of their behaviour.
I was very disappointed and showed the copy of the website I had. She read it and went inside and called the male staff to front desk. I asked him why she lied to me. He said the identity verification takes too long and that is the reason why they are trying to avoid this type of work. This was a horrifying statement as they are paid for this service by Australia Post.
From my previous experiences, I am aware that there could be possibility that we could bump into a horrible staff in public offices. This happened in reality at Kings Langley LPO (NSW) and this behaviour is likely to have a detrimental influence on Australia Post.
They are trying easy ways to finish the day misinforming the customers. Not following or not aware of the rules and regulations pertaining to their work. They should not be employed in these places. They bring offensive practices into Australia. It is quite obvious; this female staff did not want to serve me.
However, at the end of dispute, the male staff thought that there is no way to escape and unwillingly did the verification for both me and my wife.
They forget the fact that the Aust Post is a service not to misinform and send customers away but to help. I feel sorry for Australia for having this quality people in the Australian work force.
The reviews in website are an excellent proof to their horrible, disgraceful customer service and this service is not recommended to anyone.

Pretty bad experience at this post office. I turned up to submit a passport application without appointment. The old fella asked whether I have an appointment and I said that Stanhope Garden Post office said I don't need one but coz I was close by and came here instead of Stanhope Gardens. This guy rudely said "then y u didn't go there". I then politely asked if there is any appointment available for today. The old fella said No, we r fully booked. The girl on the other counter then intervened and said if I can wait 20 mins she might be able to help me. I then waited 20 mins and this old fella didn't bothered to help me instead started doing his miscellaneous work counting till and talking to others. Highly rude. Shouldn't be behind the counter with zero customer skills. No one entertained me even after waiting 20 mins and I left from there and went straight to Auspost Stanhope Gardens. The staff at Stanhope Gardens is amazing and highly professional. The post offuce was a lot more busier than Kings langley but managed so well.
Stay away from Kings Langley post office. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
