The old femal staff work on Saturday is rude and not competent in what she does and on top of that nosey! The first time I dealt with her she could not find my parcel and wasted my time and had to go again after she can find it! She also likes to ask question like what you are sending which made me feel she’s invading my privacy! Today I walk into the place and try to post two parcels in between there was bit delay where I had to pack they in the spot, when I showed them I am a post royal customer and have QR code for leveled discount she said she’s already put the figure into system, what is that mean!? And she kept on and on insisted that I should have told her earlier this before which I felt absolutely disrespectful and rude! Kingston garden post can always remember I have this code and even reminds me to show where sometime I am in rush, on the contrast the female old staff in magill north cannot and even given a feeling customer caused trouble and she did not even want to correct it! If she doesn’t want the business can continuing acting like a jock and doing things like cannot find things, digging into privacy and ordering customer around and being absolutely rude! If I had a choice
I won’t like to be served by such person and never will return to Saturday shift where she will be there ! Awful service !

I dropped off some dry cleaning. Normal pricing everywhere is any 3 items for 30$. They said it would be 36$ so I accepted it. They asked for my phone number which I gave them which I thought they were going to call me when it was ready. No we don't call you - bit ridiculous. I called in a week later to see if it was ready and the guy behind the counter was too busy chatting to his mate until eventually he got to me and really didn’t look for my stuff so he took a photo of my receipt and said he’d call and didn’t. I went in on the off chance at a later date they were ready. He charged me 40.90$ because one T-shirt was longer. I’ve learned my lesson never going there again. I’ll go to my usual reliable source for my 3 for 30 as I have never had this issue elsewhere. Such a rip off.

At this P.O., some of the staff are incredibly unhelpful and rude with it. I've had unpleasant experiences on several occasions in the past. I usually avoid this one, as there is a better one 'just around the corner' on St. Bernard's Rd.

Excellent Service. We filed our passport application here and we had a good experience overall and both June and Kaur were very kind and helpful. Would love to visit again anytime, even though it’s not the nearest one.

The worst post office I have ever come across with, you send your parcel through them and it never gets to the receiver. Had issue with almost every package I send to my customer, untrained staff, unprofessional, simply you guys are in the wrong business mate get something else for yourself. You can’t handle it.

Very doggy place, I went to get my passport renewed for $308. The gentleman took my cash. I gave him 3 fifties and 10 twenties, it should be $350 and he still wants $10 more from me and then gave me $2 change. When I realized the money was wrong, he already put the money away. You lost my trust forever doggy people.
