The gent behind the counter is accommodating and helpful. The woman needs more training, responses to questions should be more than a grunt or a blunt answer especially to things than can be confusing or convoluted like passport applications, it's not always straight forward and sometimes a bit of extra information would be helpful other than "go to a major post office".

I love these guys. Queue is always far shorter than the one at the forum. Also, they will suggest a better / cheaper method of sending. EG When Express post - due to delays - couldn’t be guaranteed.

I never put a postcode on package, they asked the post It was 2154, she wrote 2454, to worried about covid and conversational with a friend.
Had a few issues there, at times very rude and not helpful.

Open Saturday when other Post Offices are closed. Very helpful lady with in sling still insisted on providing extra packing for my parcel. Excellent service was appreciated.

It's open until 5pm on a Saturday. That alone deserves 5 stars. But the staff member was attentive, friendly and helpful. So, I'd give more if I could.

I rang to confirm they provided a service with NPC and was told "yes come on in". Got in there and was told cant do that here you will have to go to Mandurah. Thats why I rang, so you would waste my time. And yes it does need upgrading.
