Since moving here a few months ago and living out of town we don’t get mail/packages delivered to our address. We’ve experienced rude staff and difficulties when trying to retrieve our packages so now I get my things delivered to family in Brisbane to bring to me when they visit… how disappointing this is what we have to deal with here.

Not even worthy of the 1 star... I'd give zero if I could! New owners are worse than previous. I am a rather large online business in the community and spend $1000s a week on post - their loss!

Mike abused my 14 year old daughter and refused to give her our parcels for Christmas, as I live 30kms away with no car.
No Christmas spirit.

They announced closing early the week leading up to Christmas which had already caused distress and I asked that they update their website so people without fb would know and not be caught out like I was the previous year.

No I’m a difficult, Nasty human being, his words to my daughter and told her to tell me.

The day before, happily gave my mail to a friend.

Absolutely disgusted.

Fantastic position in the main street of town...good variety of gifts bric and brackets items. However Ongoing concerns continues related to mail delivery for rural residents. Local confidence in management appears poor in the area.
Looking forward to a change in management...much needed confidence in receiving all mail is paramount for this major service.

Millmerran post office- Thumbs down, and zero stars for Mary and Mike, buyers beware, these two have no product knowledge, so if you buy something and they got it wrong, you have no returns and you get no apologies.
