Absolutely unacceptable experience with this post office. I should’ve trusted the reviews before wasting nearly an hour of my time. My partner and I went in for a simple ID certificate service, only to leave empty-handed due to a so-called “system failure” — which, frankly, seemed more like a human failure.

The staff were clearly untrained and unprepared, fumbling through the process while pretending to know what they were doing. Combine that with outdated equipment, and you’ve got a recipe for wasted time and frustrated customers.

Australia Post needs to implement clear service time policies and proper staff training. If customers are being charged for services, then we should be compensated when delays and incompetence waste our time. This level of service is a joke, and it’s time someone took accountability.

Nice post office under new management now and incredible changes made, friendly vibe and lovely candle displayed inside! My favourite is ember and loom of the candle selection
