Owners of this business are EXTREMELY rude! Unfortunately my head office have signed up to using them locally with an account. Of which I will get them to move, as these pair don't deserve a cent from our local community.
I have NEVER felt welcome, I have been huffed at, spoken down too, felt like an idiot for asking a question. Upon a visit today, another customer was yelled out for being on the phone. Then I was spoken down to yet again..... They are out of control and need to retire.

All the staff are extremely polite and warm , courteous and professional in their manner and approach to postal needs and services.
John and Chris have repeatedly gone above and beyond duty of care. Efficient and effective, diligent and rational....every interaction and experience have been exceptionally good.

I’ve found this husband and wife duo very thorough , kind , even had a spare pair of glasses for me to use ! I rang them when I was stuck in traffic and I made it with a minute to spare and they were waiting at the door with my parcels to pick up . Cheered me right up ! Thank you.

my experience was really positive at the post station. i’m not from murwillumbah, so just a traveler picking up my credit card from the post office. they were smiling and very friendly to me, when i arrived and took my arrived card, because i was so happy hehe?

Called about a delivery I have been expecting for 2 days via tracker, the man who answered the phone was very rude and abrupt he would not look up my parcel to try and locate it and even told me the parcel tracker was probably wrong, he did not bother to help at 4:40pm on a Friday, there are people out of work and if this guy can’t do his job sack him and give it to someone who wants to work
