Trading hours are absolutely useless to anyone that gets a parcel during the week.
Won’t even open on a saturday for a a couple hours just so you can come in and grab your parcel

I want to say Thankyou from the bottom of my heart to Australian post in New norfolk and Hobart Tasmania for all coming together and for your support and for your compassionate employees for helping me to return my engagement ring that I was scammed in a fake pay pal sale . I really appreciate the effort you all went in returning it so quickly. I have now reported the scammer and can't thank Australian post so much for there help and dedication of helping me . Very rude, unhelpful staff... I Was told i was wasting there time by trying to do western union transfer with instructions i was given from western union. they didnt know how to do there job properly, instead told me i was being scammed by someone that wasnt western union, and that i have no idea what im talking about and loudly put me down infront of shop full of customers ... Ive gone to another Australia post branch later that day to do my transfer with no problems...

The ladies that work here are rather rude and cold, I often feel like I am being judged/looked down on by them when I come in to pick up or mail items. On a few occasions now I have felt like I was "hassling" them when I had come in to pick up a missed package.
