This "post office" receives your parcel and then never tells you they have received it. It sits there for three weeks without any cards being sent to your residence. When you eventually get told by the sender there is a parcel to pick up you go there and they act like they are holding the keys to Fort Knox. The Post Office is always ridiculously incompetent but this takes it to a Monty Python level.

What sort of Database do u have
We post an item from TAS to Brisbane, we try to send the parcel to 4/17 kidston terrace Chermside qld 4032, We missed the unit number and lost the tracking number due to moving house. Now we called and asked to track the parcel. And they said sorry. I don't understand what database do they have I am pretty sure they may have some record of the sender and receiver in the database, otherwise how can they post it. I am totally unhappy with Auspost.
