Changed my star rating since it has attached to an actual outlet. My grievance is with Australia Post not an LPO.

Very unhappy, trying to run my business using the online portal and it keeps crashing, you let me pay first then tell me you cannot print my labels due to technical difficulties, if you let me know before i pay i could use a different service. If there was a "zero star rating" you would have got it.

Wow, I've been here for 9 years. Never have I got parcel delivery at 6 pm before Thanks Newman post for trying to satisfy your customers. It's been a long time coming. Thank you very much for going above and beyond the status quo chur.

Make sure you come in the morning but not too close to opening because they'll probably be late, or in the afternoon after 2pm because for some reason every staff member needs to go to lunch at the same time for an hour... or an hour and a bit... whatever they feel like really. A post office that doesn't really deliver post. Don't post anything express coming or going. Standard Parcel Post will get there in the same amount of time.

My patronage was clearly and inconvenience to the staff members today. I initially went to lodge a parcel, buy a large document size envelope and 10 pre paid bags. I couldn’t see any of the items I need on the shelf, it’s not unusual for pre paid postal items to be behind the counter so when I lodged my parcel I politely ask. She pretty much rolled her eyes, exhaled loudly and said “as you can see we don’t have any”!
I was speechless, how can my simple and polite question have resulted in that response… WTH? I’m really tired of poor service, I don’t care where you are in Australia, you still should be polite to customers.

Absolutely terrible service, such a lazy team that won't go out of their way to check for a parcel out the back. Also unsure why the shop needs to shut for an hour so all the staff can have lunch at the same time.
Whats the point of getting express post for it to sit in Newman post office for 3 days.

This is a continuous reoccurring issue.

Lazy lazy and lazy, claiming that my address is out of their service area, saying that my address isn't a residential address hell! It's just 5 minutes from my house to the post office and i paid extra so my parcel could arrive in front of my door but apparently The delivery boy is too lazy, won't deliver my parcel and the "old" staff unfortunately is rude aswell. Toll, TNT, Startrack, even centurion with their roadtrain don't hesitate to deliver my parcel to the front of my door. Thumbs down guys🖓🖓🖓

Rude non efficient service both in parcel delivery, street delivery and counter service. A small town held to ransom by no competitive service. MAIL GOING TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES , BECAUSE DELIVER IS TO LAZY OR CANT READ, PARCELS TOO BIG FOR PARCEL POST DELIVERY BUT CAN FIT IN A SEDAN, AND MULTIPLE DELIVERIES TO ONE ADDRESS FOR DIFFERENT NAMES BEING CARDED AS ONE UNDER ONE NAME. *PRIVACY....
