Web page states - Closes at 6PM
On numerous occasions, between 5-6pm, they are already close... I really don't care if you close at 5pm but I'd like to know when I google it and schedule finishing work early, that I can atleast make it on time without having to rock up and get told your "Already Closed."
(Or train the other staff in the Chemist to release post, or jot down the details, so you can update the system tomorrow.)

Never open, mostly closed. Been twice, once at 12.15pm - Closed, 9.35am - Closed.
Apparently staff just turn up willy nilly. Pretty pathetic for a postal service. Next closest one is 2 kms away, no good for the elderly or those who don't drive. Australia Post need to get on to whoever runs this service in the Chemist Wharehouse shop.

Not a reflection on the staff, but a true reflection on the buisness,
Employee was sick so they just left the whole branch shut. Hire some more staff auspost, seriously not good enough.
