Friendly staff offering good Customer service. Young lady was very helpful with my enquiry of a Post Box.

A good range of stationery items including post envelopes and boxes, mobile phones, cameras, recharge, cards and office supplies.
Also some toys and gift items.

Located inside the Captain Cook shopping centre.

Closed my PO Box and claimed I must of closed it. My renewal date has just passed and no renewal notice was given. Have tried contacting the post office by phone , however nobody answers and the manager has failed to contact me regarding my issue. Would be nice if somebody would help rectify the issue but obviously this is too difficult.

Post office and staff are always friendly and helpful. Now, the problem is they have a massive container full of delayed parcels, no push to get it sorted, they seem to think theirs no rush. My parcel has been sitting in that container for two weeks. Hire more staff, start night shifts, do something!!!!!!! MEET THE DEMAND!!!!!!!

My delivery has been delayed by 2 weeks because they need ‘a lot’ of time to empty the parcel container. Finally I got an email that I need to pick up my parcel from the post office and I left my work early to rush to the post office.
At the post office they couldn’t find my parcel, and after a while they said they found it but won’t be able to give it to me, I will get the delivery via star track to my place of work. Today I received an email that my parcel has been delivered. I called Star track, they know nothing, I called the post office and they said its with Star track. The parcel is worth $800
