Since it has changed owners, the level of service has changed drastically. Lines out the door, and slower than slow service. Such a shame as it used to be such a thriving business previously.

4x in the last 2month, they prove they should not be in business.
* 2x they cant find my item even thoe Aust post app states its at nightcliff post office.
* 2x they stated gave my item to some other, unauthorised also unknown person"/customer!!!!
Then staff state, its not there problem "even thoe its a xmass present", so Sad and Rude, but true 100% Apathy.

There Shoude be Federal charge with theft or tampering of Australian mail‑receptacles items,

Private franchise mean u can't call them on.ohone and they are.much less accommodating than govt.post offices. Keep returning i g parcels to Post office without delivering even though I am ho.e at time.of.delivery. very frustrating

I have noticed a decline in the service since the new owners took over and it has gotten worse this year. I know it is busy but they are very very very slow. Also they made a serious error with a payment our business made resulting in many many hours of our time trying to find out where the payment went. Some of the staff who are very nice and do try to help, appear not have an understanding of the systems required when accepting payments for third party accounts.

This PO is a joke.
They are so slow, lines out the door at all times of the day. Only a couple of people serving, very very slowly.
