Hostile Customer Service 🔥
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. The lady at the front desk, who appeared to be of Asian background, was extremely rude for no reason. I was polite and respectful, yet she treated me with unnecessary hostility. Very unprofessional.

Best post office in the area. Huge improvement from the old ownership years ago. Grumpy man is gone, the shop is clean and well stocked! The staff is always kind and efficient. I no longer dread having to stop in to collect or send my packages.

Today I witnessed the worst customer service ever!
Older (in his 60s) gentleman was at the counter trying to send two packages overseas. The cashier couldn’t get the spelling right after a few attempts, the man was so patient and polite. As the line started to get longer, the lady behind the counter started increasing her voice and becoming aggressive!
After a couple of minutes she said to the man that she will do the one package now and the other one after she serves the rest of customers first - absolutely revolting!
So the man stood on the side in the meantime, looking ashamed.
Absolutely unacceptable and this is not the first time I have seen similar thing happened.

The old man who used to run this business was absolutely awful (hence the bad old reviews) but the new ladies that work here are amazing. So lovely, fast and efficient. There’s barely ever a line, and if you don’t want to be in the line, don’t come when the crowd does just before closing!

After requesting my package be left by the front door (which is under cover) I instead got an email saying it was unable to be safe dropped because it was "exposed to the weather".. As it is a public holiday tomorrow and I work late most days this is extremely frustrating. It was also 25 and sunny today may I add. I have found the ONE man who works here intimidating and rude. Much like the other reviewer I do not look forward to picking anything up which is why I usually go to the effort of requesting a safe drop or my packages be taken back to Dee Why post office as they are professional, accomidating and friendly. Yet they do end up being taken back to North Curl Curl anyway.... Not happy Jan.

I called North Curl Curl post office to ask about parcels that were taken to the office as opposed to being left near the front door (as per instructions for delivery in my order) the gentleman I spoke to was rude, aggressive and started screaming over the phone that it’s not his problem. When I asked him for his name he sighed and hung up. Not looking forward to picking up items !!

I had walked into this post office on December 29, 2017 at 11:10am for service.
I found the staff member to be immediately rude, hostile and belligerent. I hadn't even spoken yet when I was yelled at for walking in to ask a question.
I would highly recommend that patrons take their business elsewhere if possible.
Very bad experience.

If you yell at your customers, you shouldn't be behind the counter. Never shout and be condescending to a customer that your trying to teach the options they have that they might not know of. This is exactly what experience you will get here as of today.
